Mr. Pryor focuses his practice on real estate transactions, construction, and business law. Prior to forming Katz, Pryor & DiCuccio, LLP, he worked as an insurance defense attorney, representing companies such as State Farm and Grange.

Mr. Pryor believes all commercial real estate transactions are best served with knowledgeable legal representation. He represents developers, equity funds, construction companies, private investors, and entrepreneurs. Much of his work includes commercial leasing, purchase and sale agreements, land assemblage and development.

Mr. Pryor is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Columbus Board of Realtors.
